Returns & Refund Policy

 

  1. Period to request for (a) return and refund; or (b) exchange of item Subject to the terms and conditions in this “Returns & Refund Policy” (“Policy”), you may apply for the (a) return and refund; or (b) exchange of a purchased item (“Item”) no later than seven days from date of purchase of the Item. Notwithstanding any law or regulation to the contrary, you agree that no request for (a) return and refund; or (b) exchange of an Item (collectively “Request”) will be allowed after the seven day period except in exceptional circumstances as may be determined at our sole discretion.
  2. Submitting a request for (a) return and refund; or (b) exchange of item All Request should be submitted to our RETURNS CENTER. Any Request submitted through any means other than our RETURNS CENTER will not be entertained.

     

    A Request may only be submitted in the following circumstances:

    1. The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
    2. The Item does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, color); and
    3. The Item delivered is materially different from the description in the listing of the Item
 
If the ground used for the Request is item (c) above, we may require you to submit proof of the alleged defect to assist in the review process (e.g. photos, videos) and before we can decide on the Request.
  • We will review your Request and, in our sole discretion, determine if your Request is successful depending on the circumstances of the purchase and the reason for the Return.
    1. No change of mind

     

    No Request due to change of mind is allowed. Any such Request will not be entertained.

     

    1. Condition of returned Item

     

    You agree that, notwithstanding any law and regulation to the contrary, returning the Item to us in its original condition, reasonable wear and tear excluded, is required before you may receive any refund or the exchanged item.

     

    You also agree to comply with the following conditions, to the extent reasonably possible, when returning the Item to us pursuant to an approved Request:

     

    1. The Item will be in its original packaging; and
    2. All complementary items and/or accessories that come with the Item are in the same condition you received it.

     

    You agree that failure to comply with the above-mentioned conditions is a ground for us to deny the Request, or to make the proportionate reduction to your refund in our sole discretion.

    5. Shipping

    If your Request is approved, you are required to return the Item to us before you receive the refund or exchanged item. Notwithstanding any law or regulation to the contrary, you agree to shoulder all shipping costs and related costs to deliver the Item to us.
