To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number [#VER...] and phone number in the fields above and click Start. Your phone number should start with +63
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- If your request is approved, You may send us the item back to us or wait for a courier to pick it up depending on your location.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- You must provide a proof of defect such as videos or photos depending on the nature of the item
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no second product charges for return/exchange
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping charges for all customers in Metro Manila is FREE
- Return shipping charges for provincial customers is NOT FREE. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us before we can proceed with the process
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Provincial customers are required to send the item back to us using the address we will provide.
- If you are approved, then your exchange or replacement will be processed. A new item will be shipped to you.
